Our return policy states that we are happy to accept returns as long as it is within 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, we will not accept any returns. The product should be in its original condition, and should be just like brand new and not used. We also need the original invoice.
Refunds are processed depending on the date we have received the item. As soon as we have received it and is done with our inspection process, we will process the refund within 7 business days. We will provide an email notification once refund is completed. Please note that refunds are to be given back to the original payment form used when purchasing the item.
Replacement can be provided as long as the damage is due to our carriers fault or of the manufacturer. We can issue replacement within 30days from the purchase date.
